Teacher. PhD in Philology. Secretary of Women, Equality and Social Policy at the CCOO Federation for Education.
She has always combined her union work with her involvement in the feminist movement. Her work has focused on the reflection and practice of co-education, the defense of women's labour rights and against discrimination based on sex, sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Since joining FECCOO, one of her main goals has been the requirement of an inclusive and co-educational practice at schools, creating didactic material for teacher training, publishing articles, and promoting public policies favouring the equality . She has coordinated the Gender Equality Observatory at Union Foundation of Studies (foundation of CCOO of Madrid).
